TERM & CONDITION

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our official website karuniyaexpress.com or authorized agents.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your seat.

  • After payment, you will receive an e-ticket via the email address provided during booking.

2. Check-In & Boarding

  • Passengers must check in at the Karuniya Express counter before embarkation.

  • Check-in closes 30 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may result in denied boarding without refund.

  • Boarding passes will only be issued once full payment has been received.

3. Ticket Validity & Changes

  • Tickets are valid only for the travel date(s) stated in your booking.

  • Travel date changes must be requested at least 24 hours before departure and are subject to availability.

4. Luggage Policy

  • Each passenger is entitled to carry 2 pieces of luggage or a maximum of 25kg free of charge.

  • Extra luggage may be subject to additional fees, payable at check-in.

5. Pickup & Drop-Off

  • Pickup and drop-off services are only available if clearly listed in your booking and must be arranged in advance.

  • No additional charges will apply beyond those stated at the time of booking.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Travel times are approximate and may vary due to weather, sea conditions, or operational reasons.

  • Karuniya Express reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services for safety or operational concerns.

  • While we make every effort to provide reliable services, Karuniya Express shall not be held responsible for indirect losses such as missed flights, hotel bookings, or onward travel due to delays or cancellations.

  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents (passport, visa, permits) required for travel.
